The color is ruby red, almost transparent, bright and of medium consistency. Its aroma is characterized by fresh and vinous aromas, fruity notes stand out with a background of blueberries and other berries. On the palate it shows medium-bodied with soft tannins and not very strong, very harmonious. Fresh tasting and light. The grapes are subjected to fermentation with maceration on the skins for about 6 days. After successful malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged at a controlled temperature in big steel tanks before being aged in the bottle for a month.
